Following fads like the 75 hard challenge, the "carnivore diet", and waking up early to be better than everyone else are trends that will never get you a Mercedes Benz because they are unsustainable, unhealthy, short term based goals that you will never implement into your daily routine/lifestyle for long term success and prosperity. Why it should be 75 years not 75 days.
